Mae Moran
BA (Hons), BGU Coach (Pom, Jazz, Lyrical)
Mae began dancing at the age of 3 at various local dance schools before joining Twickenham Academy at the age of 9. As soon as she joined she knew she’d found the perfect school to train and grow. Mae completed her RAD and ISTD grades over the following years, participated in many festivals as a soloist as well as in duets and group numbers and assisted Sarah and other Twickenham Academy teachers with primary classes up until university. Her love for performing encouraged Mae to try a new form of dance during her studies at Bournemouth University, and she tried out for the Cheerleading Society. She fell in love with the style and community so much that she was elected to be the coach for the Pom Group within the National Champion team. After graduating, Mae was delighted to be invited back to Twickenham Academy to help Sarah with the show and she completed a Teaching Qualification course so that she could bring her love of Pom and a new style of dance to the school.
