
Laura Reese
ISTD DDE (Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre, Tap Dance)
Laura began dancing at the age of 3 at Twickenham Academy and later went on to train in musical theatre at Italia Conti where she also gained her ISTD teaching qualifications. Since graduating she has gone on to professionally perform across the UK and abroad. Last year Laura was thrilled to play the lead role of Doris Day in the UK and Ireland tour of the new musical ‘The Doris Day Story’. Currently, she can be seen performing in theatres all over the country appearing as Nancy Sinatra in the UK Tour of ‘The Rat Pack Show’. Her other credits include leading roles in multiple pantomimes; Belle in ‘Beauty & the Beast’, Dorothy in ‘The Wizard of Oz’, Jill/Dance Captain in ‘Jack & the Beanstalk’, and Fairy Bowbells in ‘Dick Whittington’. She has also completed several contracts abroad and at sea performing as a dancer, singer and actress. Laura would like to thank Sarah and all of her Twickenham Academy teachers for their support, guidance and outstanding training and she is delighted to now return to Twickenham Academy as a teacher alongside her performing career.
